Bookings: We prefer booking in advance (preferably 3 months). It helps us to plan better by getting through the local formalities, book internal flights and hotel accommodations etc thus provide trouble-free holidays for you.

•  Payment: 50% of the cost is to be paid at least 45 days before arrival and the rest can be paid once in Nepal . Advance payment plus bank charges is to be made via an authenticated SWIFT message or tested telex transfer to our account ( A/C No 00101084230031 ) in the HIMALAYAN BANK LTD, Kathmandu. We will advise further once confirmed booking is made. We accept cash, Visa Card or travellers cheques on your arrival here but regrettably we cannot accept personal cheque because of complicated banking procedure here. Most hotels, restaurants and larger shops accept all major credit cards.

•  Cancellation: Cancellation after confirmation will incur a flat fee of US$ 100 per person or 50% of the cost which ever is lower. There is no refund once the trek starts for whatever reasons.

•  Itinerary : Adventure Tansen Trek will not be held responsible for delays caused by flight cancellation, weather conditions and other unexpected factors, beyound our control. We will extend all our assistance to maintain the schedule or provide an alternative itinerary to overcome the problem.

•  Personal belongings: Safety of personal belongings is the responsibility of individual concern. In case of any damages and loss the company will not take any responsibility.

•  Disclaimer: Adventure Tansen Trek (P) Ltd is a registered Travel & Trekking agency as required by law of Government of Nepal. We are permitted to conduct adventure activities for which the person (s) booking such activities cannot claim against or sue for bodily injury, death, act of terrorism, accident or illness.

•  Insurance: It is highly recommended that visitors come with a comprehensive insurance cover (including Helicopter evacuation and repatriation) before arrival.
