This is a short trek designed for those with limited time and if done in November will include the festival of 'Mani Rimdu' at Tengboche Manastry (3860m) in the Khumbu. This colorful festival is prayer to 'Pawa Cherenzig', the god of compassion.

The trek will take you through rhododendron forests, across suspension bridges over boiling rivers and to the ancient trading town of Namche Bazaar (3440m), Theme, the home village of Tenzing Norgay Sherpa. You will experience the hospitality of the legendary Sherpa people.

Itinerary - Outline

Day 01: Fly to Lukla and trek start from here to Phakding
Day 02:Phakding to Namche Bazzar
Day 03: Namche to Tyangboche
Day 04: Rest day in Tyangboche
Day 05: Tyangboche to Namche Bazzar
Day 06: Namche to Monju
Day 07: Fly to Kathmandu and transfer to the hotel.
Day 08: Departure from Kathmandu.
